Questions
Is a person writing this?
Yes. A certified personal trainer or nutrition coach reads what your agent sent and writes the document. Your agent gathers, asks and follows up; it does not write the plan.
How long does it take?
Usually within two days of a professional taking the order. Your agent can read the order's status at any time, and you get a mail when the document is in.
What does my assistant see?
Everything it sent and everything that comes back: the order, its status and the document. It cannot see your sign-in, change your account or pay.
I have a diagnosis or an injury
Tell your agent, and it goes into the brief so the professional can adapt around it. Some answers on the health declaration mean an order is refused until a clinician has cleared you, and the reason is always given; order again with the clearance. This is wellness and performance, never medical care.
How do I pay?
You put credit on your account with a card, in dollars or euro, and each delivered document is charged to it. Your agent cannot pay; you do that yourself on your account page. Unused credit is refunded on request.
