Care MCP is sold by Portfoliobox Stockholm AB, Rånövägen 30, 168 39 Bromma, Sweden, org. no. 556894-4382. You buy from us; the documents are written by personal trainers and nutrition coaches we contract.

What you buy

A written document: a plan, an evaluation or a review of a plan, under a fixed template, for wellness and performance. It is for adults and is not health care. We may refuse an order, and say why; a refused order costs nothing.

Paying

You pay in advance into a credit, in US dollars or, in the EU, in euro; the currency is set when the account is made. Each delivered document is charged to the credit at the price listed when the order was placed. Consumers in the EU and businesses in Sweden pay Swedish VAT on each deposit, added on top of the credit; a business elsewhere in the EU with a VAT number and anyone outside the EU pay none. Payments are handled by Mollie. A receipt is mailed for every deposit.

Refunds

Unused credit is refunded on request, to the account it was paid from. A document is written for you by a person; once a professional has taken the order, it is not refundable. A document that does not follow its template is redone at no cost.

Delivery

Usually within two days of the order being taken by a professional. The document is delivered on your account and to the assistant that ordered it.

Your assistant

An assistant you connect acts in your name: it may order, read your orders and see your credit, and it may not pay or change your account. You revoke it on your account page.

Law

Swedish law applies. Consumers in the EU keep the rights their own country gives them. Write to caremcp@portfoliobox.net about anything under these terms.
