Health data notice

When your assistant orders a plan, an evaluation or a review, the order carries a brief. The brief includes a short health declaration and, when you have told your assistant about them, your diagnoses, medications and injuries. That is health data under article 9 of the GDPR, and we may only handle it with your explicit consent.

What you consent to

That the health data in your briefs is stored, sealed, by Portfoliobox Stockholm AB in the European Union, and read by the one certified personal trainer or nutrition coach who takes each order, under a pseudonym, so that they can adapt the document to you.

What it is for

Wellness and performance for healthy adults. It is not medical care. Some answers on the health declaration mean an order is refused until a clinician has cleared you, and you are told why.

Withdrawing

Delete your account, and every brief and document is erased. Charges and receipts stay for the books, without your name.

You give this consent once, when you create your account, to this version of the notice. When the notice changes, you are asked again before the next order.
