A connector gives your agent a new ability. This one lets it order a written plan, an evaluation or a review from a real personal trainer or nutrition coach, and read the answer back into your conversation. You keep talking to the agent you already use; the professional works behind it.
The address is the same for every agent. Paste it, and the agent sends you here to sign in and to say yes.

Any agent that supports remote MCP with OAuth connects with the address alone. Claude Code, for example: add the server, and the sign-in opens in your browser.
Once connected, your agent can read the catalog (what can be ordered, from whom, at what price), order a plan for the period ahead, an evaluation of the period that passed, or a review of a plan it wrote itself, read every order and the document on it, and see what credit you have left. It orders with what it knows about you and what it asks you, in the format the professional needs.
It cannot pay or put credit on your account; you do that on your account page. It cannot change your account or see how you sign in. It cannot see anyone else's orders. And you can revoke it at any time on your account page, after which it gets nothing.
An order carries a brief: the period, a short health declaration, your body measures, your training or your food habits, your goals, and what happened lately when it is an evaluation. It follows published standards, so your agent and the professional read the same words. It includes your diagnoses, medications and injuries when you have told your agent about them, because a professional who does not know cannot adapt. Sending it is your consent to the one professional who takes the order reading it.
