A written programme from a personal trainer, bought on its own, costs many times this, and coaching by the month runs into the thousands over a year. Here you pay for the document alone, because your agent does the interviewing, the gathering and the follow-up, and the professional does what only a professional can: read it all and decide what is right for you.
You put credit on your account with a card, from ten dollars or ten euro, and each delivered document is charged to it when it is delivered. Nothing is charged for an order that waits or is refused. A receipt is mailed for every deposit. Unused credit is refunded on request.
Customers in the EU pay in euro; everyone else in US dollars. The currency is set when the account is made. Consumers in the EU and businesses in Sweden pay Swedish VAT on each deposit, added on top of the credit; a business elsewhere in the EU with a VAT number and anyone outside the EU pay none.
An organisation pays from one balance for all its users, sees a statement per user, and gets a receipt for every deposit. With a VAT number from an EU country other than Sweden, no VAT is charged. Larger volumes are a conversation.
It costs nothing. The refusal says why: a rule about your country, a health declaration answer that needs a clinician's clearance, or a brief that lacked something. Fix what can be fixed and order again.
Unused credit, yes, on request, to the card it came from. A document written for you is charged when it is delivered and is not refunded, since a person did the work.
Every document must pass its template and our rules before it is delivered. If one still falls short of what this site promises, write to us and it is redone at no cost.
No. The price is copied onto the order when it is placed. A later change in the price list never touches it.
