POST /api/pro/work/:id/text

Help with one field's text, the professional's own words kept: `tidy` fixes dictation slips, spelling and grammar and keeps the language; `translate` puts it into English, the plan's language. Markdown in, markdown out; nothing is kept here. Refused with 503 where the assistant is not set up.

Surface: professional. Who may call: professional. Key: professional.work.text.
